Whistleblower scheme
A safe and independent channel for whistleblowers to report violations of the law and other objectionable or unethical matters in relation to HJHansen Recycling Group.
At HJHansen Recycling Group, we have set up a whistleblower scheme that can be used by employees, business partners, and other relations.
The whistleblower scheme is an expression of openness and responsibility.
You can use the whistleblower scheme to report irregularities, unethical behavior, law violations, or reasonable suspicions of this. You can also report violations of internal guidelines.
What can you report?
For example, you can report:
- Economic crime (laundering, embezzlement, bribery, fraud, forgery)
- Physical violence or sexual abuse
- Violation of occupational safety
- Threats to environmental health and safety
- Hacking, eavesdropping, or other serious irregularities associated with IT operations and IT system management
- Deliberate submission of incorrect or misleading information to public authorities or business partners
What may not be reported via the whistleblower scheme?
The portal must not be used to make false accusations or harass people; in general, no knowingly incorrect/false information must be reported. Anyone who, in good faith, makes reports via the whistleblower scheme is protected from reprisals.
In addition, the scheme should not be used for reports of, e.g., violation of internal guidelines on sick leave, smoking, alcohol, clothing, private use of office supplies, etc. Here we recommend contacting the immediate manager in HJHansen Recycling Group, or HR at hc@hjhansen.dk

Strictly confidential
All reports are treated strictly confidential. If you provide contact information (name, e-mail, telephone number) in connection with your report, only Mazanti-Andersen Advokatpartnerselskab will be able to see this information. The contact information will not be passed on to HJHansen Recycling Group. If you choose to be anonymous, we do not have the opportunity to identify you afterward, and it will also be more difficult for us to communicate with you regarding clarifying questions.
When using the whistleblower scheme, you will receive a receipt no later than seven days after the report. Then, as soon as possible and no later than three months after confirmation of receipt, you will receive feedback on which measures have been initiated or are intended to be initiated and why the specific follow-up has been chosen.
We have chosen this solution to create the most significant possible security for HJHansen Recycling Group’s employees, business partners, and other relations in connection with a report.
